These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to/use of the website, e-mails, mobile/tablet applications and other modes of your access to Sudhanshu Travels Private Limited.

a) "We"/"Us"/"Our"/"STPL" shall refer to Sudhanshu Travels Private Limited, a private limited company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, having CIN: U63030PN2011PTC138198 registered office at: 302, Shree Apartments ,Bajirao Road , Madiwale Colony Sadashiv peth , Pune, , Maharashtra , India.

b) "You"/"Your"/"User" refer to anyone visiting the Site, opening an account on the Site, making a reservation/booking through the Site or using the Site for any purpose. Where the User is a body corporate (whether registered or not), "You", "Your" and "User" shall also refer to directors/partners, legal heirs, representatives, agents, personnel, employees and assigns of such body corporate, as applicable. Where a person who is going to avail Our services is different from a User/ who uses the account of the User for the aforementioned purpose, these Terms shall ipso facto be applicable to him/her as if he/she who avails the services is the User.

c) "Independent Service Provider/s" means hotelier or hotel owner, owner of any airlines or shipping company, ferryboat owner, tour operator, bus operator/s, cab operator/s or any other Person with whom STPL enters into an engagement in the capacity of mere facilitator.

d) "Applicable law" shall mean and includemeans any applicable and relevant laws, statute, rule, regulation, ordinances, treaty, judicial precedent, order, judgment, decree, injunction, permit or decision of the government, court or other legislative body in India, having jurisdiction over or otherwise governing these presents.

By using or accessing the Site and/or any of the services, You are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract between You and Sudhanshu Travels. So please review these Terms before You access/use this Site and/or purchase/subscribe to any of the services available on the Site. Do not access/use this Site, if You are unable/ unwilling to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to change/otherwise modify /alter these Terms at Our discretion by posting a notice on Our Site and Your continued use/ access to the Site signifies Your acceptance to these modified/altered Terms.So please be sure to return to this page periodically to review the up-to-date version of these Terms. As We are facilitators of the services provided by various Independent Service Provider/s, You should, as a condition to use/access the services on Our Site, refer to the terms and conditions/ terms of use of Independent Service Providers as You by subscribing for service/s are entering into agreement/s with the relevant Independent Service Provider/s whose service/s You subscribe.

USE/ACCESS TO THE SITE

This Site has been made available solely for Your personal use and You are hereby prohibited from using this Site for any commercial purpose. To use/ access this Site, you represent and confirm that You are of 18 years or above. As a minor or a person of unsound mind or a person who is incompetent to contract, you may access this Sitein the presence of a legal guardian who is competent to contract and who shall further be liable under these Terms.

We grant You the permission to use/access this Site subject to the restrictions/ conditions contained in these Terms. The use/access to this Site shall be at Your sole risk including the risk of You being exposed to the content/ information/materials which may be objectionable/ offensive/ inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate.

Subject to Your acceptance of these Terms, we grant You a limited, conditional, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, non- exclusive, revocable right to access/ use the Site on Your personal device solely in connection with the use of Our services.

You are not allowed to access this Site if You previously have been banned from using/accessing this Site/ through the usage/access to the Site, if You are planning whether directly or indirectly, to commit an illegal activity/ if Your access to this Site shall amount to breach of any Applicable Law/ if You are a competitor of ours.

While accessing/using Our Site, you are forbidden from licensing, copying, modifying, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, performing, displaying, publishing, creating derivative works from transferring (or) selling any information /software products/ services from the Site except by obtaining a prior written authorization from Us.

PROHIBITED USE OF THE SITE

The content and information available on the Site (including but not limited to the pricing, availability of the services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide content and information, is the property of the company and for the exclusive use by Us. While You may access this Site for the limited purpose of booking the servicesand/or providing the reviews for the relevant services subscribed/used by You, You are hereby prohibited from copying, modifying, altering, distributing, transmitting, reproducing, performing, displaying, publishing, creating derivative worms from transferring or selling any content/information/software products/services from the Site, except by obtaining prior written authorisation from Us.

a. Whether knowingly/ unknowingly upload/ transmit data or information or content onto the Site containing virus, Trojan, spyware, malware, ad-ware, worms, time bombs, keystroke loggers/ any other harmful programmes/ similar computer programmes which are designed to adversely affect the functioning/ working of the software or hardware on the Site.

b. Reverse engineer any part of the Site;

c. Hack into/ gain unauthorized access/tamper with any of Our facilities.

d. Keep information/ content/ document irrelevant to STPL and its services. Accounts making any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation/booking requests and placing irrelevant, inappropriate, or promotional content that solicit customers, or that spam us, travel agents associated with Us and/or Our other users, may be deleted without prior notice;

e. Access without authority, interfere with or disrupt

i. the functioning of the Site or

ii. all or anypart of the network/ server on which the Site is hosted

f. Use foul/ abusive/ offensive/ hateful/ obscene language in the content You upload in the form of customer reviews/comments/posts including without any limitation, bio/name/images/ profile description.

g. Violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy (available at: Terms & Conditions) and any other agreement which You have/ might have with STPL.

h. Misuse Our Site. For example,you shall not use robots/ spider/ tracking tools or any other retrieval applications which may interfere with the functioning Our Site.

i. Post any material, content which infringes the copyright, trademark, service mark, patent or any other intellectual property of third party.

j. Exaggerate or falsify your experience. STPL does not take sides in cases of dispute, so make sure You can substantiate Your words. Content that indicates the reviewer has not even used the relevant services or is falsifying his/her experience will be removed as they are obviously deceptive, fake and misleading. Accepting or soliciting a consideration – monetary or otherwise – in exchange for reviews and/or photographs is also not acceptable, and could result in removal of Your profile and deletion of Your account.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

In order to access and book the services provided on the Site, You shall create the following accounts (as applicable):

a) STPL Corporate Accounts: For subscribing to Our services as ‘corporates registered with Us’, You shall only be allowed to book only through corporate accounts.

b) STPL Agent Accounts: For subscribing to Our services as ‘travel agent registered with Us’, You shall only be allowed to book only through STPL agent Accounts.

c) STPL User Accounts: For subscribing to Our services as individual User registered with Us, You shall only be allowed to book only through STPL User accounts. As an individual User You may access Our Site but to book/ subscribe to Our services You are required to register with STPL User account.

User responsibilities regarding use of their accounts:

a) You shall be solely responsible for safeguarding Your password and any other credentials required to access Your account. Any loss/injury/damage/harm caused/incurred/suffered by You, due to an activity occurring in Your account, whether or not authorized by You, shall not be the responsibility of Ours’.

b) You shall notify Us if You become aware of any unauthorized access to Your account. Such accounts created by You on the Site shall be only used by You. In case You deliver Your password and any other credentials to any other Person, We shall not be liable for any loss/damage/harm/injury caused to You due to the operation/use of Your account by any other Person other than You.

c) We may notify You regarding the notification, updates, offers on the registered email id , verified contact details as provided by You during the creating of accounts. You shall provide accurate contact details for the same.

d) You are responsible for the information uploaded on Your account on the Site. Any failure to store, loss or corruption of the information shall not be Our responsibility.

e) We may terminate Your account and delete any Information/data/content contained in it if there is no account activity (such as a log in event or payment) for over 12 months. We may notify You by email or through any other mode of communication as We may deem fit before terminating Your account to provide You with an opportunity to log in to Your account so that it remains active. But such notification by STPL of de-activation/ termination of Your account cannot be claimed as a right by You and it shall be Your duty to check for the validity of Your account if there is no activity (such as login event or payment) for over 6 months.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

Termination by You: You can terminate Your account (as applicable) and discontinue availing the services from Our Site. Such termination will result in the deactivation or disablement of Your account and access to it. STPL reserves the right to determine whether to store such information (You provide Us) for business purposes after the termination of Your account.

Termination by STPL: We, at Our discretion, may terminate Your account for any reason by providing You at least 15days of written notice to You. We shall terminate Your account if:

a. You have failed to comply with these Terms;

b. You use the services on the Site in a way that causes legal liability on Site/STPL and/or disrupt the functioning of the Site;

c. If We come across repeated breach of these Terms by You, We shall take measures to prevent the further use of the Site by You, including blocking Your IP address.

d. We may allow You with an opportunity to export a copy of Your Content from Your account so registered on the Site. However, there may be time sensitive situations where We may decide that We need to take immediate action without notice to You. We shall use all reasonable efforts to narrow the scope and duration of any limitation or suspension under this Section as is needed to resolve the issue that prompted such action. We have no obligation to retain Your Content upon termination of Your account.

PRIVACY POLICY

By using/accessing this Site, You agree that You have read, accepted and understood Our Privacy Policy (available at: Terms & Conditions) and You provide Your consent be bound by the terms of Our Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that STPL (and/or its licensors) owns all legal rights, titles and interests in and to the Site, including any Intellectual Property rights (as defined below) which subsist in the Site (whether those rights happened to be registered/not and wherever in the world such rights may exist). These rights may include without limitation any tour design, artwork, innovative technique based on art, know-how, records, procedures, brands, trademarks, copyright, computer programmes, circuit layout, patent, designs, business names, trade secrets (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”) and You agree not to publish/share/ use (whether by modification/alteration/in anyother manner whatsoever) without prior written permission from STPL.

We take the protection of Intellectual Property [including Our Intellectual Property and the Intellectual Property of third party (ies)] very seriously;therefore, We employ strict measures to prevent any infringement that might occur and to promptly end any infringement that might occur. In case of infringement of the Intellectual Property, STPL reserve as a right to claim through demand notice the amounts as STPL deems fit and appropriate in relation to the loss/damage that has been caused to STPL as a result of the infringement of the Intellectual Property by You.

You further agree to keep in confidence and not to disclose for Your own benefit/ for the benefit of any third party/ for no benefit at all (except when necessary for the performance of these Terms/ as required by Applicable Law, in which case/s You agree to obtain prior written consent from STPL) any information/content/ documents, that are marked/ specified as confidential/ reasonably considered confidential regarding STPL, its officers, directors, personnel and You shall also take such reasonable care for the safeguarding of such confidential information as You would have taken for the protection of Your own information.

OWNERSHIP OF YOUR REVIEWS/ RATINGS / COMMENTS/ IDEAS

Please be aware that when You provide an experience/ review/ comment/ upload any photo (“Review”) relating to the service/s You have availed (whether You post it from Your STPL User account/share with Us through an electronic mail or any other digital mode), You grant STPL an exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, sub-leasable, royalty free, perpetual right to

(a) use, reproduce, modify, alter, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display/perform and advertise such Review/s throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised; and

(b)You agree and acknowledge that STPL may provide attribution of Your Reviews (for example, You have listed Your name and name of Your hometown on a hotel review that You submit) at Our discretion, and that such Review/s may be shared with the supplier partners/vendors/ travel agents/ business associates/ franchisee registered with Us.

You further agree and acknowledge that such Review/s posted by You constitute Intellectual Property of STPL and whereby You expressly waive any and all “moral rights” (including without limitation rights of attribution or integrity) that may subsist in Your Review/s and agree that You have no objection to the ownership of such Review/s by STPL and/or to the publication, advertising, marketing, use, modification, deletion or exploitation of Your Review/s by Us. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Review/s posted or submitted by You. We have no obligation to post Your Review/s; We reserve the right in Our absolute discretion to determine which Review/s are published on the Site. If You do not agree to give Us the right as mentioned in this clause (“Your reviews/ ratings/ comments/ideas), please do not post/ send Us any Review/s.

SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE

Any software whether available/made available to download from the Site/ used in the operation of the Site (“Software”) is copyrighted by STPL. Your use of such Software is governed by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions which may be a part of such Software. You agree not to use/install the Software unless You have read, understood and agreed to the terms of such Software. For any Software available on the Site not accompanied by EULA We grant You a limited, conditional, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sub-leasable, revocable access to the Software only for the purpose of accessing/ using this Site (the usage of which shall be governed and construed in accordance with these Terms) and for no other purpose.

INDEMNIFICATION

Subject to the Applicable laws, You agree unconditionally and irrevocably to, defend, indemnify and hold harmless as a continuous obligation without any limitation, well and sufficiently saved, STPL and/or its associated entities, directors, officers, personnel and agents from any actions/ claims (including service liability claims, consumer claims, third party claims), losses (including loss of profits), damages (including but not limited to special/ consequential/ indirect/ direct/ remote)which arose due to the reason of:

a) Use/access of the Site by You;

b) Any services obtained by You in connection with the use/access of the Site;

c) Any breach/ non-observance/ non-performance of these Terms;

d) Any false documents and/or fraudulent application submitted by You;

e) Non-adherence of the conditions imposed upon You for the purpose of granting of visa;

f) Any breach/non-adherence of the legal requirement as per the Applicable Law;

g) Any taxes/ levies/ cess (including the interest/ penalties assessed thereon) that are Your obligations pursuant to these Terms/ any other terms/ conditions/ agreements that You have entered into with STPL/ Independent Service Providers ( as defined in the Booking Terms and Conditions under the clause ‘Tour Package’) such as flights, hotels, cabs, bus operators and which have been levied against STPL;

h) Infringement by You or any third party using Your account, of any Intellectual Property or right of any person or entity;

i) Where You are a travel agent registered with Us, any default in the services provided to the customers including the claims of libel, slander, piracy, plagiarism, infringement of privacy etc.;

j) Where You are registered as a corporate for subscribing to Our services on the Site, any breach/ default/ negligence/act /omission/ commission by You or Your employees/directors/associates/executors/ representatives/ agents.

THIRD PARTY LINKS/ SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE

Our services may be made available/ accessed/ used in connection with third party services and third party content/ information which STPL does not control. You acknowledge and agree that different terms of use/ privacy policies may apply to Your use of such third party services and content/ information. We donot endorse such third party services and in no scenario shall We be responsible/ liable for any of the products/ service of the third party service providers.

Additionally Apple Inc., Google Inc., Blackberry Ltd., Microsoft Corporation will be a third party beneficiary to this contract if You access Our services using applications developed for ios, Apple, Microsoft and Blackberry devices respectively. These third party beneficiaries are not parties to this contract and are not responsible for the support of Our services in any manner. Your access to Our services using these devices is subject to the terms set forth in the applicable third party beneficiary’s terms of use/ terms of service/ end user license agreement.

You may find links to third party websites/ applications on Our Site. You agree and understand that once You click on such third party website’s/ application’s link/s, You may be redirected to such third website/ application, which use/ access shall no longer be governed by these Terms or Our Privacy Policy. You further agree and understand that by clicking/ accessing the third party links on Our Site, You may be exposed to the content/ information/ documents which may contain virus/ Trojan/malware/ trackers/ spider and the use of such third party website/ application once You click on such third party link/s on Our Site shall be at Your sole risk.

DISCLAIMER/ LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

STPL DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITIES FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS INCURRED BY YOU, ARISING OUT OF YOUR OWN MISCONDUCT, NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT, OR DUE TO MEASURES TAKEN UP BY STPL TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF STPL AND ITS ASSOCIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, PERSONNEL, OUR ASSOCIATES, AFFILIATES OR OUR USERS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OR THE SITE OR ANY PROVISIONS CONTAINED THEREIN SHALL SUGGEST CONSTITUTING A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND STPL. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION RECEIVED BY YOU FROM STPL AND/OR ITS ASSOCIATES (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN) OR THROUGH/FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS. STPL MAKES NO CLAIMS OR PROMISES WITH REGARDS ANY THIRD PARTY SUCH AS THE ADVERTISERS OR BUSINESSES LISTED ON THE SITE OR THE USERS OF THE SITE.

STPL MAKES NO CLAIMS OR PROMISES WITH REGARD TO THE LEGALITY/ ACCURACY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS. YOU ARE SOLELY LIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RISKS INVOLVED WHEN YOU AVAIL THE SERVICES FROM INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO ARE LISTED TO PROVIDE SERVICE/S IN THE TOUR PACKAGE/ FLIGHT OR BUS JOURNEYS/ HOTEL STAYS AVAILABLEON THE SITE. THUS IN CASE OF ANY LOSS/DAMAGE/INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO YOU BY VIRTUE OF THEIR ACTS OR OMISSIONS, STPL ENTITIES ARE NOT LIABLE.

THE INFORMATION/CONTENT/MATERIALS AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OCCURS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU SHALL BE SOLELY LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR COMPUTER, DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THEREOF.

STPL AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SERVICES, SOFTWARE AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING OF THE SITE.

OBTAINING INSURANCE

We act as a facilitator for providing You with the access to various insurance policies by various insurance service provider/s. We donot endorse/make any representations/ warranties regarding the extent of coverage, appropriateness of insurance, kinds of protection available under an insurance/ legal worthiness of an insurance service provider etc.

You may, while making reservations/bookings on Our Site, be provided with an option to include insurance policy(ies) [including but not limited to travel insurance, accidental insurance, theft insurance, medical insurance etc.]at an additional cost which shall be payable by You in advance when You are making payment for such service. You may decide whether to opt out of such insurance policy(ies)/ subscribe to the indicated insurance policy as per Your discretion.

Remember!If You decide to subscribe to a particular insurance policy by making payment of additional fee along with a booking, You are entering into a contract with the insurance service provider, to which STPL is neither a party nor in any way controls the provision of such insurance service. By purchasing any insurance from Our Site, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such insurance service providers.

Additionally We shall neither be responsible for submission of Your claims nor be held liable in cases of partial acceptance of claims/ denial by the insurance service provider to honour any claims.

CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE

These Terms shall be governed by the pertinent laws, rules, regulations, judgments/orders/decrees having the effect of law, acts and ordinances of the territory of India, without having regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any claims/disputes arising pursuant to these Terms, such dispute/ difference of opinion/ claim shall be settled by the relevant provisions of and the procedure prescribed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any other data protection/privacy laws applicable in India. All disputes in respect of which the Adjudicating Officer under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or the Cyber Appellate Tribunal, as the case may be, do not have exclusive jurisdiction, shall be referred to Arbitration.In case of arbitration, the proceedings will take place according to the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration will be Pune, Maharashtra, India and the preferred medium for arbitration will be English. A sole Arbitrator shall be appointed upon mutual agreement between the parties for the proceedings. The cost of arbitration shall be borne equally by both parties. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

"Force Majeure" means and includes any Act of God and any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including without limitation, any act of nature or the public enemy, accident, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, drought, perils of the sea, the elements, insect/snake bite, casualty, strikes, lock-outs, labour troubles, riots, sabotage, embargo, war (whether or not declared), ransomware attacks, changes in governmental laws/ regulations/ orders, seizure etc. STPL shall not be liable for delays or inabilities in performance or non-performance in whole or in part of its duties/obligations due to any causes that occur due to Force Majeure reasons as well as those that are not due to the acts and/or omissions of itself, its directors, employees, staff members, vendors, representatives, agents, nominees etc. In such cases, the liabilities of both parties (You and STPL) in relation to these Terms shall remain suspended for the duration of such an event.

STPL or its vendors/ Independent Service Providers/ suppliers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Site. Neither are We responsible for the delay or inability to use the Site or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the Site, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. We take no liability for any errors, omissions or representations on any of its pages or on any links or on any of the linked website pages.

BOOKING TERMS

The following terms shall constitute a part of the Terms while using/accessing Site and shall be applicable when You subscribe to the relevant service:

Bookings: For issuing domestic air ticket, STPL requires a time period of at least two (2) hours prior to the departure of flight in which the ticket is to be booked. For issuing international air ticket, STPL requires a time period of at least four (4) hours prior to the departure of flight in which the ticket is to be booked.For booking of international air ticket/s, You are required to submit all the requisite documents of the persons undertaking travel such as original passport, copy of the visa (applicable as per the requirement of the country to which You are travelling) and other such documents as We may require as mandated by the Applicable Law. For booking of domestic air ticket, You are required to submit all the requisite documents of the persons undertaking the travel such as valid government photo identity proof (Voter ID Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Aadhar Card etc.) and other such documents as We may require as mandated by the Applicable Law.

Terms of the Airlines: STPL acts merely as a facilitator to enable You to book flight tickets. The airline tickets available on this Site are subject to the terms and conditions of the concerned airline in which tickets are booked, including but not limited to the cancellation and refund policies. The contract for the utilization of service shall always be between You and the concerned airline.

i. Baggage allowance, meals, seat map, code-sharing, ok-to-board etc. will be as per the policy of the airlines in which the ticket is booked and STPL has no control over such policies. STPL shall not be liable if there are any changes in the policies of the airlines either prior to or after the booking of the air ticket is done.

ii. Check in: Usually the airport check-in begins 2 hours before the departure of the flight (domestic journey) and 3 hours before the departure of the flight (in case of international journey) however You agree and understand that it is Your responsibility to check directly with the airlines regarding the check-in (including web check-in and airport check-in).

iii. Travel Documents: The User Understands and agrees that it shall be the responsibility of the User to be in the possession of the valid travel documents (including but not limited to visa, passport, government issued identity cards) in order to undertake the travel. STPL shall not be in any way liable for lack of requisite travel documents due to which the User could not embark on an onward/ return journey.

Visa/ Okay -to -board/ other requisite permits: You agree and understand that booking of air tickets shall not automatically amount to the obtaining of visa/okay-to-board permits. You may avail Our visa services which are provided by Us (in the capacity of mere facilitator) which shall be offered as a separate service at a separate fee/charge.

Booking Fee: The total cost of the ticket ("Booking Fee") shall be subject to the additional taxes as mandated by the Applicable Law.

STPL Convenience Fees:

In addition to the Booking Fee and taxes, STPL charges an amount of Rs. 100 for domestic flights or one way flights and an amount of Rs. 200 for roundtrip domestic flights as ‘STPL convenience fee’ which shall be payable in full prior to the confirmation of the bookings.

Cancellations Terms:

1.1. Every booking made on the Site shall be subject to the cancellation terms/ cancellation policies/ rescheduling policy of respective airlines, which may vary according to various factors including but not limited to the type of the booking, flight, flight class, destination etc.

1.2. Online cancellations: Cancellations may be made by visiting: airtickets.sudhanshutravels.com and entering Your PNR (Passenger Name Record) and other requisite details.

1.3. Offline Cancellations: Offline cancellations may be done by calling Us at: 020-24475657/24475647.

1.4.Cancellation Fee:

A-Tickets up to 4000 will be totally non-refundable.

B-Domestic flexi fares and corporate fares Rs 500 per person will be cancellation fees apart from regular cancellation of the air lines.

C-International air tickets cancellation service fees will be Rs 1500 per person in addition to the cancellation of the air lines.

D-Service chargers at the time of booking will be totally non-refundable.

E-Date charges penalty as well as fare difference will be applicable.

F-Tickets will be issued only after direct payment using credit/debit card/NEFT/UPI payment mode.

1.5.(for domestic c flights) per passenger for cancellation of each booking) flights) per passenger for cancellation of each booking. If Your booking involves 1 (one)/more connecting flight/s (“Sectors”), then each Sector will be considered as 1 (one) cancellation.

1.6.Time-period for cancellation: If Your request is made less than 2.5 hours of flight departure (for domestic flights)/ within 3.5 hours of flight departure (for international flights) as the case may be, You shall contact the airlines directly and STPL shall not entertain/entertain any cancellation requests.

1.7. For cancellation of the tickets on which website check-in/telephone check-in is already done by You, You shall contact the airlines directly as STPL does not entertain the requests for cancellation of the flight tickets on which website check-in/telephone check-in is done.

Booking Amendment Terms:

For all requests for changes in flight booking/s You may contact Us on: number provided on website(for requests via online mode)/ call Us at 020- 24475657/24475647 or write us at: [email protected] (for requests via offline mode). STPL charges a non-refundable fee of INR Penalty + Diff in fare+ Rs.100 for domestic flights/ an amount of INR Penalty + Diff in fare + Rs. 1000 for international flights (“Booking Amendment Fee”) per passenger for each booking amendment which shall be payable by You at the time of making a request for amendments in Your booking. If Your request for amendment in flight bookings is less than 04 hours (for domestic flights)/ 24 hours (for international flights), STPL does not entertain/ process any request/s for changes in bookings within these time-period.

Refunds and Returns: In case You require cancellation of the air ticket/s already booked on the Site, remaining amount of the Booking Fee shall be refunded by Us on repayment made by airlines after deducting Our requisite cancellation charges and taxes if any. However, Our Convenience Fee and/or service charges are non- refundable and payable in any case.

Hotel Terms

Role of STPL and No Liability of STPL: STPL acts merely as a facilitator to enable You to make hotel reservations. The hotel reservations available on this Site are subject to the terms and conditions of the concerned hotel in which reservation/s are made, including but not limited to the change of rooms, changes to existing booking after You check-in, cancellation and refund policies. The contract for the utilization of service shall always be between You and the concerned hotel.

The information/ content in the brochure is as provided by the hotel authority. STPL shall not be liable for any information which false/ misleading/ inappropriate/ appropriate but not up to Your expectation. Additionally, STPL shall not be liable for:

a) Check-in allowed with delay.

b) Change in rooms by the hotel authorities.

c) Cancellation of reservation by the hotel.

d) Misbehaviour from hotel authorities.

e) Hotel authorities not providing facilities as promised including but not limited to breakfast, laundry, gym, spa, Wi-Fi (trademarked as IEEE 802.11B), room service.

STPL Fees: STPL charges You an amount of Rs.500 as ‘STPL non-refundable convenience fee’ (per passenger per each booking) which shall be payable in full by You before the confirmation of Your bookings.

Changes to existing bookings and Cancellation:

a) Every booking made on the Site for hotel shall be subject to the cancellation terms/ cancellation policies/ rescheduling policy of respective hotels, which may vary according to various factors including but not limited to the kind of reservation, cancellation when requested etc.

b) Online cancellations: Cancellations may be made by vising : NOT APPLICABLE.

c) Offline Cancellations: Offline cancellations may be done by writing Us at: [email protected]

Booking Fee: The total cost of the stay at a hotel charged (per night and per room basis) ("Booking Fee") and shall be subject to taxes as mandated by the Applicable Law.

Cancellation Fee: In addition to the cancellation fees charged by the hotels, STPL charges an amount of Rs500 cancellation fee per person for cancellation of each booking.

Time-period for cancellation: No request for cancellation/ changes to existing bookings shall be entertained by Us, if the booking is under zero cancellation. Request you to check the cancellation policy before confirmation.

Refunds and Returns: In case You require cancellation of the hotel reservations already booked on the Site, remaining amount of the Booking Fee shall be refunded by Us on repayment made by hotel after deducting Our requisite cancellation charges and taxes if any. However, Our Convenience Fee and/or service charges are non- refundable and payable in any case.

Additional Charges by the hotel: In addition to the STPL convenience fee and the charges levied by the hotel for Your hotel booking, You may be required to pay (upon Your check-in into the hotel) certain amount to the hotel/ deposit Your credit card as ‘Security Deposit’ which would enable the hotel authorities to deduct charges for any additional service You make subscribe to/ for the loss/ damage of hotel property. Such payments are not included in the Booking Fee Your sole responsibility and STPL assumes no liability of whatsoever kind.

Booking Amendment Terms: For all requests for changes in hotel reservations You may contact us at: [email protected] (for requests via online mode)/ call Us at 020- 24475657/24475647 (for requests via offline mode). STPL charges a non-refundable fee of INR Rs.250. (“Booking Amendment Fee”) per room per night for each booking amendment which shall be payable by You at the time of making a request for amendments in Your booking. If Your request for amendment in hotel reservation/s is less than 72 hours, STPL does not entertain/ process any request/s for changes in bookings beyond these time-period.

Role of STPL and No Liability of STPL: STPL acts merely as a facilitator to enable You to book bus tickets. The bus tickets available on this Site are subject to the terms and conditions of the concerned bus operator/s in which tickets are booked, including but not limited to the cancellation and refund policies. The contract for the utilization of service shall always be between You and the concerned bus operator.

STPL shall not be liable for:

i. Bus not departing on time/ reaching on time.

ii. Any sort of misbehaviour by bus operator/ its personnel towards You or any person travelling with You.

iii. Bus cancelling its trip due to unforeseen circumstances.

iv. The Bus operator/s changing Your seat in order to accommodate a child/ lady.

v. Your baggage being stolen/ lost/ damaged.

vi. The bus operator’s bus seats not being up to Your expectation.

vii. The bus operator/s changing Your boarding point and/or destination point without intimating You.

viii. The bus operator/s using a pick-up van to carry passengers to the boarding point not being comfortable/ as per Your convenience.

ix. Any wrong communication by the bus operators through short message service (SMS)/e-mail/ call regarding the bus arrival timings, registered bus number, service number of the bus, boarding/ dropping point of the bus etc.

Booking Fee: The total cost of the ticket ("Booking Fee") shall be subject to the additional taxes as mandated by the Applicable Law.

STPL Fees: STPL charges You an amount of Rs200 as 'STPL non-refundable convenience fee' (per passenger per each booking) which shall be payable in full by You before the confirmation of Your bookings.

Cancellation Terms:

Every booking made on the Site shall be subject to the cancellation terms/ cancellation policies/ rescheduling policy of respective bus operator/s, which may vary according to various factors including but not limited to the type of the booking, type of bus, destination etc.

In addition to the cancellation fee charged by the bus operator/s, STPL charges a cancellation fee of INR Rs. 100 per passenger for cancellation of each booking.

Time-period for cancellation: If Your request for cancellation is made less than 72 hours of bus departure, STPL shall not entertain/entertain any cancellation requests.

Partial cancellation of bus ticket shall not be available. In cases of partial cancellation You shall contact the bus operator/s directly for any requests on cancellation. For example, You have booked 4 (four) bus ticket/s on Our Site. In the event of You wishing to cancel 2 (two) tickets, You are requested to contact the bus operator/s directly as We do not process/ entertain any requests for partial cancellation of bus ticket/s.

Online cancellations: Cancellations may be made by vising : NOT APPLICABLE.

Refunds and Returns:

Land Transfer

"Land Transfer" shall mean and include the services offered by STPL in the capacity of mere facilitator for travel of passengers from the moment they get off the flight till the time they board the flight.

"Private Car Hire" shall mean and include the services of car hire as facilitated by STPL be entering into engagement with the private car hire companies.

STPL as a facilitator only provides You with the access to the services of land transfer and private car hire services by Independent Service Providers (as defined in the clause ‘Tour Package). You agree and acknowledge that by accessing Our Site and subscribing to the services of Land Transfer / Private Car Hire (as the case may be), You are entering into a contract with the Independent Service Providers who register/s with Us for providing the services of Land Transfer/ Private Cab Hire in which scenario neither STPL nor its associates, directors, personnel, officers shall have any control over such services. You by subscribing to the services of aforementioned Independent Service Providers, further agree to be bound by the terms and conditions regarding such services.

Booking Fee: The total cost of the bookings for services of Land Transfer and/or Private Car Hire ("Booking Fee") shall be subject to the additional taxes as mandated by the Applicable Law.

STPL Fees: STPL charges You an amount of Rs1000 as 'STPL non-refundable convenience fee' (per passenger per each booking) which shall be payable in full by You before the confirmation of Your bookings.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Every booking made on the Site shall be subject to the cancellation terms/ cancellation policies/ rescheduling policy of respective cab operator/s, which may vary according to various factors including but not limited to the type of the booking, type of car, time of cancellation request, destination etc.

In addition to the cancellation fee charged by the cab operator/s, STPL charges a cancellation fee of INR Rs. 500 for cancellation of each booking.

Time-period for cancellation: If Your request for cancellation is made less than 48 hours of cab service/s going to be availed by You, one day charge will be applicable.

Refunds and Returns:

In case You require cancellation of the bookings for Land Transfer/ Private Car Hire already booked on the Site, remaining amount of the Booking Fee shall be refunded by Us on repayment made by cab operators who provide the services of Land Transfer/ Private Car Hire after deducting Our requisite cancellation charges and taxes if any. However, Our Convenience Fee and/or service charges are non- refundable and payable in any case.

User responsibilities:

In case of Private Car Hire (abroad), You agree to obtain International Driving Permit/s (IDP) which could be a requirement for driving abroad as per the applicable law/s in that country and to carry original documents such as IDP, Indian driving license, passport, visa and any other documents as mandated by the Applicable Law/s. If a country (You are visiting abroad) has any specific mandate as per their applicable law/s requiring You to obtain special permission from the local authorities in such country in addition to the documents that You are required to have in Your possession, it shall be Your sole responsibility to obtain such permission/s or approvals and You agree that STPL shall not be liable in case of any breach/ non-observance/ violation by You of such special conditions as mandated by their applicable law/s.

In case of Private Car Hire (in India), You agree to carry original documents such as driving license and any other document/s as mandated by the Applicable Law/s.

Terms of Visa Services

It shall be Your duty to provide STPL with original and valid passport and all other necessary documents, original and/or attested copies, as and when required by STPL and/or its third party agents according to Applicable Laws, and any other additional documents and information for processing visas as may be required by the authority for approval. It is Your duty to ensure that all visa application forms shall be completed and signed by You before they are handed over to STPL for processing of visa.

In case there is a requirement of travel insurance from any authority for approval, STPL shall inform the same to You and You shall provide Your travel insurance to STPL at the time of providing the documents as mentioned above. If You do not have travel insurance, STPL shall issue the travel insurance policy and You are liable to pay the prescribed amount as well as STPL ’s service charges for the same, as communicated by STPL.

If the documents required for visa processing, as asked for by STPL, are not received by STPL as and when asked, or if the documents submitted by You are incomplete, it may result in rejection or delay in the approval of visas and in such case STPL shall not be held liable for such rejection or delay.

STPL requires a period of at least 3 working days for processing and transmitting the documents to the authority for approval. The visa processing time varies from country to country and the decisions are made on the credentials of the documents submitted in support with the application.

Role of STPL and No Liability: The final decision of the approval of visa is of the authority for approval. STPL acts merely as an intermediary between the You and the authority for approval for facilitating the process of visa application. STPL does not have the power to influence the authority for approval to reduce the time for processing the visa application and/or to influence acceptance or rejection of the visa application and You should not request or pressurize STPL for the same. STPL shall not be liable in case the visa is rejected or its approval is delayed for any reason whatsoever.

STPL being a facilitator shall not be held liable for:

a) In case of rejection of visa (with/ without assigning any reasons), STPL shall not be held liable.

b) In case of delays caused by the authority in the approval process of visa, STPL shall not be held liable.

c) The authority may grant the validity of visa for a limited time period or for a specific purpose, in such cases STPL shall not be liable for limited validity of visa. In such cases, if the User desires to reschedule his/her travel, then such User shall apply again for visa services which shall be at extra charge payable and to be borne by the User.

d) The visa granted by the authority may contain errors which shall include without any limitation spelling mistakes, wrong address or contact information. In such cases, the User shall not undertake travel as per the Applicable Law. The User shall reschedule his/ her journey, by applying again for visa approval which shall be considered as a separate service offered at additional cost payable by the User.

For visa processing, the following amounts (collectively referred to as ‘STPL Visa Fee’) shall be payable by You in advance:

a) All costs at actual for application fees, courier charges and other services provided by STPL to You;

b) Visa application fees as charged by the authority for visa approval on the day the visa application is submitted to the authority for approval.

c) STPL visa fee for the services provided by STPL to You, as shall be communicated by written means to You by STPL; STPL Visa Fee shall be paid by You, as per the invoice raised by STPL, at the time of submitting the requisite documents to STPL. STPL shall forward the documents submitted by You to the high commission/ foreign embassy only when the STPL Visa Fee has been paid in full by You.

No refund: STPL does not provide any refund on the fee charged for visa services. In case of any refundable security deposit paid to the authority in the process visa approval, such security deposit shall only be refunded when We receive such security deposit from the authority.

Tour Packages

"Brochure" means catalogue, leaflet, e-mail or any other document containing the details about the itinerary and activities on a Tour in India/ abroad.

"Independent Service Provider/s" means hotelier or hotel owner, owner of any airline/s or shipping company, ferryboat owner, tour operator, cab operator/s, bus operator/s or any other Person with whom STPL enters into an engagement in the capacity of mere facilitator.

"Tour" means a tour made available by Independent Service Provider/s whether within India or abroad and includes, but is not limited to, tours, special tours, packages, cruise, sightseeing, carnival, star cruise etc.

"Tour Cost" means total booking cost of all the services booked by the User for his/her Tour.

"STPL Convenience Fees" means a non-refundable fee or token money deposited at the time of booking by User.

Role of STPL and No Liability

STPL does not own/ control/ operate any airline, hotel, shipping company, transport vehicles, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other service mentioned in the Brochure.

STPL acts merely as a facilitator to enable You to subscribe the services of the Independent Service Provider/s. The bookings done on the Site for subscription of services in the Tour package which are provided by the Independent Service Provider/s shall be subject to the terms and conditions (including but not limited to the cancellation and refund policies) of each of the Independent Service Provider/s who is/are providing services in the Tour package.

For example You subscribe a Tour package whether within India or abroad and it involves the services of flight booking/s, bus Tour, land transfer, hotel, sightseeing as a package, then in such scenario the bookings done by You on Our Site shall be subject to the terms and conditions of all the Independent Service Providers such as terms and conditions of hotel, airline, cruise/shipping, land transfer, bus separately as You by booking the service of Tour package on Our Site are entering into a contract of utilization of service with each of the Independent Service Provider/s to which STPL will not be a party and STPL by merely facilitating Your access to the services by the Independent Service Provider assumes no liability in any case whatsoever.

STPL being a mere facilitator shall not be liable for the following:

a) Personal injury, sickness, death, accident, discomfort, increased expenses, loss and/or damages (incidental/ consequential/ direct/ remote), theft caused to You or any other person travelling with You.

b) Any act, omission, default of any travel agent, Tour manager or third party or any other Person or by any agent employed by them.

c) Any delay made/ default on the part of any of the Independent Service Providers.

d) The temporary/permanent loss of, damage to, baggage or personal belongings in the Tour due to the negligence of any Independent Service Provider/s.

e) Any failure on the part of the airline to: Accommodate passengers despite having confirmed tickets due to overbooking, change in routes, any other reason whatsoever. Depart on time due to which You have suffered any medical illness, injury or failure of any part of the body.

f) Failure on part of the hotel to allow check-in despite having valid reservation for whatsoever reason.

g) Any claim arising due to delay at airport and if You have to wait at the airport due to the airline cancellations/ rescheduling/ due to any technical snag.

Meals and Special Requests:

The menu’s are pre-set by the Independent Service Provider/s for the Tour package. The nature of the meals is clearly indicated in the Brochure. STPL shall not entertain a request for a special meal nor it guarantees a special diet to You.

Tour Cost:

The total cost shall include the price/s of all the services as included in a Brochure. The User agrees and understands that the price and taxes as mentioned in the Brochure towards ‘Tour Cost’ is/are only indicative in nature and may be changed by the Independent Service Providers/ STPL as per the increase in the market value.

STPL Convenience Fees

In addition to the, STPL charges an amount of INR Rs. 2500 per person which shall be payable in full prior to the confirmation of the bookings.

Cancellation Terms:

Every booking made on the Site shall be subject to the cancellation terms/ cancellation policies/ rescheduling policy of each of the Independent Service Provider/s, which may vary according to various factors including but not limited to the kind of service, kind of booking etc.

Online cancellations: NOT APPLICABLE
